Founding Director of Farm Street Capital, Steven graduated from the University of St Andrews and CASS Business School. He previously worked for Gisbourne Developments, a commercial property developer, and Atisreal as an investment surveyor within their agency team advising institutional and private clients on property acquisition and disposals.
Since founding Farm Street Capital Steven has continued successfully advising institutional and private clients helping achieve their investment goals.
Oliver Taylor MA MRICS
Starting his career at Gerald Eve in the National Investment Agency team, Oli cut his teeth advising a range of fund and property company clients. In 2010 he left to set up the prominent investment agency, Buchanan Bond, which transacted assets in excess of £1bn across almost every sector in the 10 years he ran the firm.
Notable deals include his purchase of the 585,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s Distribution Centre, Leeds for £50m; the £44m Lamont Business Space Portfolio and Unite Student’s prestigious student halls on Kirby Street, Farringdon for £44m on behalf of an overseas investor.
