Farm Street doubles down at Chiswick High Road

Farm Street Capital have completed the purchase of 3 retail units and upper parts from Santander (336) and a private investor (338-340) on a prime pitch along Chiswick High Road. The deal involved a simultaneous surrender of Santander’s occupational lease at 338 Chiswick High Road.

The property is immediately adjacent to Farm Street’s purchase on Christmas Eve last year of 326-334 Chiswick High Road, which comprises a mixed-use building let to Boots and Robert Dyas with 9 residential AST units above.

The properties were purchased for a combined total of £3.4m.

Oliver Taylor, Director of Farm Street Capital, added:

“Through our involvement in the active asset management next door we have witnessed first-hand the strength and depth of demand for quality retail floorplates occupying prime pitches in urban village locations. We continue to seek further opportunities in similar locations throughout London and the Southeast.”

CBRE (Private Investor) and Colliers (Santander) acted for the vendors. KLM Retail acted for the purchaser, Farm Street Capital.
