The Property is situated in the heart of vibrant Notting Hill less than a minutes’ walk from Ladbroke Grove tube and only 5 minutes’ walk to the world famous Portobello Road and its street market. The KPH has a colourful history established in the 1860’s as a public house it has since played host to Tom Jones’ first Gig and it has been heralded as the Clash’s Mick Jones favourite pub.  

When acquired the property had suffered from a lack of investment with an unlawful sitting tenant occupying the premises. Vacant possession was obtained through forfeiture proceedings and the property was sold to an established pub and hotel group.
